C. The information LetSnap collects is used in order to assist the User in ours and other third parties’ online services, websites, and software products (the “Services”). LetSnap also may monitor its LetSnap.com website, the websites of third party customers (the “Site”) and their related traffic patterns, and examine trends and usage to help it better administer the Site.
D. This Private Policy applies to online services, websites, and software products that link to this statement, but does not apply to online services, websites and products that have their own privacy statement.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
For the purposes of this section, LetSnap defines “personal information” as information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity or potentially be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity.
“Non-personal information” shall mean information that does not personally identify any individual person or entity.
By using the Services and the Site, the User consents to the collection, processing and use of his/her personal information and non-personal information. In the event that the User does not agree to this Private Policy or that the User does not want any of his/her information collected, the User should leave the Site and refrain from utilizing the Services.
The User may opt not to provide personally identifiable information. This refusal may hinder the User for some website, online service, and product features and facilities.
C. PERSONAL INFORMATION.
When the User subscribes to the Services, LetSnap may request and/or collect personal information. Personal information shall not be linked or matched in any way with non-personal information unless when/where doing so may assist LetSnap in addressing a request from the User. Personal information that was provided to LetSnap through the Services and/or Site may be updated, corrected, and/or deleted by the User. LetSnap may collect one or more email address(es) associated with your device and/or telephone number of your device (“Device Telephone Number”) on which the Services is/are operating. Notwithstanding the remaining terms of this Agreement, the email address(es) may be used to maintain contact with the User and/or the Device Telephone Number may be stored and/or used by the Services for the purposes of operation of said Services only.
D. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION.
By using the Site or the Services, the User agrees that LetSnap may collect non-personal information. Non-personal information is collected over time to create usage/behavior/interest based audience segmentation data and/or aggregated data of any type, and may be collected and used for any business activities. Non-personal information includes, but is not limited to, information about the applications that the User uses, and the websites that the User visits, transactional data such as your IP address, device type, application information, browser type, along with related behavior information.
The information LetSnap collects may also be used when providing reports to its third party clients to assist them, through the use of this information, concerning the performance of their business activities, advertising campaigns, and to improve their campaign performance.
In the process of serving an advertisement to the User, LetSnap, and/or its partners, may decide to serve an advertisement based on a market/audience segment to which the User or the User’s device is classified, and/or based on other information, including aggregate data that LetSnap has about the User, about the website, software application and/or Services that the advert appears on.
LetSnap collects information through the use of common internet and software technologies, including technologies such as cookies, beacons and loggers, on the websites and in the software of those companies that participate in our advertising services and through the use of our software that the User may have downloaded/installed or may use. E. COOKIES, IP ADDRESSES, AND BEACONS.
Cookies are pieces of information that a website or software application automatically transfers to an individual’s computing device to identify previous visitors/visits to the Site or utilization of the software application. Cookies are text files/data that can be rejected or deleted by you at any time. You may disable cookies using your Internet browser settings and possibly using applicable software settings if available.
Beacons may also be employed in conjunction with cookies to learn about the User’s/visitor’s usage and interaction behavior on websites and how Users work with online content of the Site and Services. A beacon is usually an image file (usually transparent) that is automatically requested from a server while a User navigates through the Site and/or Services.
G. INFORMATION THAT IS NOT COLLECTED.
When accessing or using the Services or Site, LetSnap shall not collect information such as credit card and banking information unless submitted by the User for a specific reason. LetSnap shall not intentionally attempt to collect any information from minors under the age of thirteen (13).
Moreover, LetSnap does not attempt to collect or store password information that is entered into fields that may be identified by our Services as password fields, except where it is necessary to perform a direct request by the User on behalf of the User.
H. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES.
Unless otherwise provided with in this Private Policy, LetSnap undertakes not to transfer any personal or non-personal information to third parties.
LetSnap does not provide personal information to third parties unless those third parties are carrying out a function or service in support of LetSnap’s business but only on its behalf. While LetSnap cannot guarantee that third parties may use personally identifiable information inadvertently or by error, third parties will only be provided with personal identifiable information under conditions of confidentiality.
Non-personally information may be collected, inter alia, to provide aggregate statistics, market research and analytics services to third parties.
Non-personal information may also be collected and used when providing reports to our clients to assist them through the use of this information about the performance of their advertising campaigns, business activities, and to improve their campaign performance and business activities.
In any event, in the case that the User opts-out of sharing information, LetSnap shall stop providing related non-personally identifiable information to third parties. Personal information may be disclosed in connection with any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, or other business transaction in which information could be transferred to third parties as one of LetSnap’ business assets where such information is controlled by LetSnap. LetSnap shall provide personally identifiable information if it believes it is required to cooperate with law enforcement, judicial and/or statutory process (such as warrants, subpoenas or orders). LetSnap may use or share personal information to protect its rights and/or property and, in addition, its suppliers, clients, partners and/or affiliates where it may consider as reasonable grounds that such rights or property have been or could be affected.
I. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
LetSnap undertakes to provide the User with access to some of his/her personal information, such as password and user logon credentials and registration information, for review and update.
In the event that the User wishes to change his/her personal information LetSnap shall provide access to the User’s profile page or possibly a settings page, either in a software application or through an online webpage or an online service. The User may be required to uninstall any of LetSnap’s software that is connected to or used in conjunction with any Service or Site before the User may be able to remove some of his/her personal information.
Such access to personal information will only be provided to users that confirm their identity through their online registrations credentials or through other convincing means such as a bona fide identity document.
J. RETENTION AND DISPOSAL.
Personal and non-personal information are used only for the purposes identified in this Private Policy. Non-personal information is generally retained for up to 6 months from original date of collection. In some cases, for the purposes such as internal research or product/service development, LetSnap may retain non-personal information for up to two years. LetSnap undertakes to dispose of any personal and non-personal information in a manner that prevents loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access.
LetSnap may not dispose of aggregate information that has been processed from non-personal information. Aggregate information may be retained indefinitely.
Personally identifiable information is retained as long as the User remains registered with the Site and/or Service.
INFORMATION SECURITY AND STORAGE
LetSnap will strive to take steps to secure all transmitted and collected information. LetSnap is committed to applying reasonable and commercially acceptable methods and systems to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, use or disclosure, through the use of database and server technologies that are widely accepted by and used in the online computing industry. However, information can never be 100% secure: information may be transmitted over networks without appropriate security measures and may be accessed, deleted, altered, used or disclosed by unauthorized persons. You can help LetSnap to protect your personal information by
(i) not sharing your password or other account information with others,
(ii) using a secure web browser,
(iii) changing your password frequently, and
(iv) checking that your browser and/or software is using security measures to protect the transfer of information from/to your computing device (e.g. https, SSL, etc.).

APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE
A. This Private Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute between User and LetSnap regarding this Private Policy will be subject to the exclusive venue of the competent courts located in the City of Jerusalem, State of Israel.
B. Except as expressly set forth herein and to the extent permitted by applicable law, this Private Policy shall not prejudice the non-excludable, statutory rights of any party dealing as a consumer.
